REEFER

Demurrage comprises the period from the date of discharging of the container from the vessel up to gate out from the port
Detention comprises the period from the date after container gate out from the port up to  the return of the empty container.
Receivers are subject to pay the following fees  by considering both period separatelyDemurrage:
After a Free Time of 4(four) days, including Sundays and holidays, receivers are subject to pay the following fees:
From the  5th to 6th day  XOF 25500 per day per 20’ container and  XOF 50500 per day per 40’ container
From the  7th to 9th day  XOF 30500 per day per 20’ container and  XOF 60500 per day per 40’ container
From the 10th day on XOF 35500 per day per 20′ and XOF 70500 per day per 40′ container.

Detention:
After a Free Time of  3(three) days, including Sundays and holidays, receivers are subject to pay the following fees:
From the  4th to 10th day XOF 25500 per day per 20’ container and  XOF 50500 per day per 40’ container
From the 11th to 18th day  XOF 30500 per day per 20’ container and  XOF 60500 per day per 40’ container
From the 19th day on  XOF 35500 per day per 20’ container and  XOF 70500 per day per 40’ container

• All expenses occurred at discharging port shall be debited separately
• The carrier has the right to strip undelivered cargo from the container(s) after 15(fifteen) days from date when they are discharged
at the Port of Discharge
• The cargo carried under this Bill of Lading may be carried on-deck or under-deck on Carrier’s option
• In case the reefer containers are not returned to owner’s depot within 30 (thirty) days after picking up, in addition to the
demurrage charges incurred until 30th day, the value of the containers as USD 20,000.00 per 20′ container and
USD 40,000.00 per 40′ container shall apply. In the event the amount of demurrage exceeds the value of the container,
the carrier is under no responsibility to accept value of container as compensation of container demurrage
• In case the cargo is not received then the shipper or the contractual counterparty of the carrier on the contract of
carriage shall be responsible for the demurrage and the relevant costs and expenses.
• Shipper’s stow, load, count and seal.

STANDART

From the  19th  to 26th day  XOF 10500 per day per 20’ container XOF 20500 per day per 40’ container
From the  27th day on  XOF 13750 per day per 20’ container XOF 27500 per day per 40’ container

Detention:
After a Free Time of  3(three) days, including Sundays and holidays, receivers are subject to pay the following fees
From the 4th to 10th day  XOF 6000 per day per 20’ container XOF 12000 per day per 40’ container
From the 11th to 18th day  XOF 12000 per day per 20’ container XOF 24000 per day per 40’ container
From the 19th day on  XOF 15000 per day per 20’ container XOF 30000 per day per 40’ container

•After above mentioned standard free time for Demurrage, including Sundays and holidays, receivers are subject to pay
the following demurrage fees for “Open Top” and “Flat Rack” containers.
From the 12th day to 18th day XOF 8250 per day per 20’ container XOF  17500 per day per 40’ container
From the 19th day to  26th day XOF 12500 per day per 20’ container XOF  24500 per day per 40’ container
From the 27th day on  XOF 15750 per day per 20′ container XOF 31500 per day per 40’ container

•After a above mentioned standard free time for Detention, including Sundays and holidays, receivers are subject to pay
the following fees for “Open Top” and “Flat Rack” containers.
From the 4th day to 10th day  XOF 8000 per day per 20’ container XOF  16000 per day per 40’ container
From the 11th day to 18th day  XOF 14000 per day per 20’ container XOF  28000 per day per 40’ container
From the 19th day on  XOF 17000 per day per 20’ container XOF 34000 per day per 40’ container

• All expenses occurred at discharging port shall be debited separately.
• The carrier has the right to strip undelivered cargo from the container(s) after 60(sixty) days from date when they are
discharged at the Port of Discharge.
• The cargo carried under this Bill of Lading may be carried on-deck or under-deck on Carrier’s option
• In case the containers are not returned to owner’s depot within 70 (seventy) days after picking up, in addition to the demurrage
charges incurred until 70th day, the value of the containers as USD 5,500.00 per 20′ container and
USD 8,500.00 per 40′ container shall apply. In the event the amount of demurrage exceeds the value of the container,
the carrier is under no obligation to accept value of container as compensation of container demurrage.
• In case the cargo is not received then the shipper or the contractual counterparty of the carrier on the contract of
carriage shall be responsible for the demurrage and the relevant costs and expenses.
• Shipper’s stow, load, count and seal
