Diversity, Equality and Inclusion

Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)

We are proud to be one of the first 45 organizations in Turkey to sign the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), established in 2010 through collaboration between the United Nations Global Compact and UN Women. As part of our commitment, we provide “Inclusive Leadership” training to all managers up to the first level, emphasizing the core objectives of these principles.

Yanındayız

Arkas Holding VP Bernard Arkas is the founding member of YANINDAYIZ in Türkiye that is among one of the major NGOs supporting gender equality and women’s active participation in the community and work life.

In 2023, in the 100th anniversary of Turkiye’s Republic Arkas has been the main sponsor of the conference held by Yanındayız  advocating the equal presence of women in the society.
