Bernard Arkas

Born in Izmir on 28 August 1970, Bernard Arkas completed his junior high education at Izmir Saint Joseph High School and his high school education at Ecole Nouvelle de la Suisse Romande (Switzerland). He then went to the City of London where he graduated with a degree from the Maritime Department.

Bernard Arkas began his professional career as a Branch Manager at Arkas in 1991 and served consecutively in management positions in exports, regional distribution, line shipping, imports and then as a general manager. Bernard Arkas is responsible for agency services and the overseas structuring of Arkas Holding. He continues his career as the Vice President of Arkas Holding.

Bernard Arkas is also the Vice President of Arkas Sports Club.

He speaks French, English and Italian and has 3 children.
